this is going to be long. i think. oh well, who cares. ive lost my touch during this long holiday lers.

23/12---
me and my mom had to wake up at 5 in the morning (of course i woke up late, at 5.20) to catch the early early flight to guangzhou, because there were no direct flights to shenzhen. *pissed* waste my time. then when we reached guangzhou, we had to take the bus to shenzhen. they said "aiya, dont worry, only about 2 hours!" guess what? in the end, we ended up at the hotel one hour late. at 5. our hotel is quite good, five stars, marco polo hotel. living there is very easy to go to places, it had banks, shopping centres, grocery shops, and a mrt station. we ate dinner, bought phone cards, then went to coco park with lisa (friend in china). coco park is BIG. its a shopping centre and it has so many famous brands. there we found out that zhang yimou, zhou runfa and zhou jielun would be going there 2 days later to promote the golden flower movie. actually wanted to go, but no time lars.

woke up at 8 and decided to go to happy valley (huan le gu) with cousin, haotian. happy valley is this huge theme park in shenzhen, right across from window of the world (shi jie zhi chuang). then played lor. we even drove 2 electrical cars around the whole place. my cousin damn pro man, drive so fast. then we learnt this magic tree about how to make a coin disappear. at first when you dunno you think very interesting. then you know its boring le. at night we ate "xiang la xie" (crab) with my mother's friends. VERY GOOD! i ate it last year and wanted to eat it for a year, finally satisfied le.

went out early in the morning and waited for my mother all morning, and part of the afternoon. when we finally went to the book city as she had promised me, it was already 4. 30 and we hadn't even eaten LUNCH. but ok la, nopt very hungry. bought some books and many anime discs! 22 naruto episodes somewhere in the middle i think. last 4 episodes od gundam seed, and saiyuki requiem. some other stuff too.

went shopping the whole day with my mom and aunt and ate crab for lunch again =). bought this cute pair of pants. then went to aunt's house to see her cute dog! had dinner with lisa and haotian, then bought some cute presents at the ayaya shop near lisa's house. also bought a whole bag of pens from a stationery shop.

went shopping AGAIN. sigh. nothing better to do. went to wallmart, bought more pens. last day at shenzhen, so ate a yummy lunch with haotian and then after packing, went to catch the plane to hainan with my mother's friend. and she entertained us by telling us about her 85 year old father who once had cancer who was still flying on the airplane to and fro from shenzhen to xinjiang, his old home. sigh. wanna live till that old and still be so healthy.
reached hainan and had big big shock. omg! i was living in the TIANZE HOTEL! TIANZE!! was having breathing problems after that.

went to the beach, and then to wu zhi zhou island. the beaches not as nice as bintan lor. the boat ride to the island was damn fun! the boat kept going up and down very fast like a roller coaster. luckily nobody vomited. me, my mom, and her friend spent most of our time splashing in the water. had a coconut meal at night, where everything was made with coconuts, and coconut milk. very nice leh! at night, we went to a spring with all these little black fish surrounding us and eating the dead skin and dirty stuff on our bodies. so im clean. pure. 96% pure, cos the 4% (refers to my head) which had not been nibbled by the fish, is still a bit dirty. muahahaha.

woke up at 7 to go FISHING. and didnt even fish. instead, i decided to pick seashells from the beach. we were visiting this soldiers training place, and saw this large chess set on the floor. then we found out that to build their muscles, the soldiers would play chess, carrying and moving around the large, heavy chess pieces when they were free. so... nvm. then we went to "tian ya hai jiao" and took pictures. i think hainan children are so friendly. when me and my mother were trying to climb this rock, two boys kept telling us to be careful because it was slippery and even gave us a hand, pulling us up. and another boy, older than me i think, called me "jiejie" and asked me nicely for the time. waa.... so sweet. hehe. just kidding. left hainan for guangzhou again at night. quite a good trip, i guess =) slept over at mother's friend's house.

met my friend in hainan for lunch! damn cool. talk about stuff that we both like. she's coming to sgp next year! yay! left in the afternoon, back to home sweet home.
