ms, wc and i went to watch THREE yesterday! but first talk about what happened at j8 before we went to the esplanade.
i was a bit late, so wc was the only one there waiting for 30 minutes. sorry sia! but at least ms was later than me... MUAHAHAHAS. ok im mad. then just as ms came these two reporters came up to us and started asking us questions about downloading. omg. shocked. almost didnt know how to answer their questions about illegal downloading. note to self : delete all downloaded songs... fast!. we were already SO DAMN LATE. so we rushed of to sakae sushi and stuffed ourselves before boarding the train. after reaching city hall, we made a mad dash for the
esplanade, reaching barely in time to collect our tickets from my teacher.
first up was the syc, who sang weird songs, much to my distaste. and i never knew my choir teacher was in the syc! big surprise!
then the japanese Gaia Philharmonic Choir. THEY RAWKED. period. they sounded so good! and the composer/conductor was really humourous, making us laugh so much. their songs were truly funny, because of their actions and expressions.
last up was... erm... who arh? oh yeah the phillipine choir. they were good la, but more in a opera-ish way. but i loved their "you raise me up" and "i believe".
wc and i even bought cds from the jap choir after the show! ahh! mum's going to kill me..
